Wine Wednesday (Returns)

The L.Agant girl will start back Wine Wednesday post.  I believe I was a sommelier in my former life and it is my duty to share my wine knowledge recommendations to you....in preparation for or ON Wine Wednesday.

This week's special is one of my favorite red blends at the moment.  Red Blends are a good introduction to red wine if you are not a fan of the tannins/bitterness.  Apothtic Red is smooth, strong and balanced.  I loves!

Here are the deets:
Alcohol: (IMPORTANT) at least to me kee kee kee 13.1%;  anything over 11% is good to me.  Below this just means you might as well have grape juice!

Variety (means the type of wine aka Chardonnay, Merlot etc) Blend of Zinfandel, Merlot and Syrah

Notes (smells or tastes that the wine reminds you of)  No, they don't smash strawberries or add cherries to it.  That would be.....SANGRIA:
- Cherry
- Strawberry
- Chocolate

Vintage (means year it was produced):  2008

Price range:  $10-$15 depending on sales and stores.  Total Wine and Ralph's will give you the best bang for your buck.
