Katsyua groups: Izaka-Ya Manhattan Beach

This place was sooo delicious and refreshing that I had to come straight from lunch to blog about it!!!

 

Izaka-Ya is owned by Katsyua group, popular for their swanky Hollywood locations.  But this jewel sits in Manhattan Beach, blocks from the ocean and the free spirited beachcombers.  Their food exudes quality and freshness.  My coworker and I even had a bet as to whether or not the water was tap.  (I would imagine it would be but I was wrong) Their lunch special is the most popular!  They open for lunch at noon and the 1^st fifteen patrons get the lunch special (bento box) for about $8.00.  Qualiy Sushi for a deal.  Need I say more.  We even saw famous LA Laker hottie Luke Walton dining across from us!

Looks like you'll see me here a lot more often.
