I was happy to be back and I didn't miss a beat. I just missed my breath. This workout is my fave for many reasons. There is a cult following but you won't feel left out in class. It's very interactive, high impact with hype music and it definitely gets crowded. When you arrive just follow the music and ground shaking to the Macy's Bridge on second floor. Do yourself a favor and check out instructor Mark Smiley and Cardio Kick every Thursday from 7p-8p. As Mark would say: EARN YOUR DINNER.

- bring inhaler (for my fellow asthmatics)

- prepare to sweat
- listen to the instructor or the advance students around you
- don't feel discouraged if you don't catch on right away *it took me at least 3 classes*
