Weekly Workout Post #2: Turn it out, Burn it out

Hidee hoe neighbors, LAgant girl here with another Weekly Workout post.  This weekend I had the pleasure of taking a SoulCycle class.  I have been hearing about the recent craze.  I’m thinking,: "It's cycling, how phenomenal could it be?"  Well, it’s SUPER phenomenal. My friend was gifted a free pass to Soul Cycle, and asked the L.Agant girl to come with.  Not only was the class great, the instructor was AMAZING, inspiring, mad hype and not too bad on the eye!   SEE! :-D

Soul Cycle is a 45 minute burn it out and turn it out session.  They incorporate cycling, weights, a little upper body strengthening movement with a rocking a** playlist.  You’re not just sitting there pedaling, you are clapping, doing push ups, singing (if you're like me) and praying for your life.  You are strapped in to the bike, for security (or entrapment) so your commitment to it is locked in (pun intended). The instructor doesn't just spin with you and say you can do it. They are really talking you through the class, dancing around jumping and sweating their lives away. I think they call it SOUL cycle, because you are dead in the studio, your soul leaves your body, then re-enters before you collapse and then your soul is reborn. I hear they also have themed rides like Hip Hop Tuesdays, Drake vs. Lil Wayne, and other fun playlists. No wonder everyone is buzzing about it. There are some cool people that you can chill with after. We even met some really  Aussies and chatted a while after class. I went to the West Hollywood studio, which will leave you lost if you Lyft or Uber there and walk down Sunset.
Check here for your closest location.

Here are a few deets:
