This week the L.A.gant girl recommends........better yet ...DEMANDS you to try Howlin' Ray's Nashville Hot Chicken. With the hours ranging from 11am-4pm, it was difficult for me to go at my leisure. I carved out time this Sunday. The newest Chinatown rave is lead by chef Johnny Ray Zone and an awesome team that brings you the HOTTEST chicken. PUN INTENDED. With a line that wraps around the Chinatown shopping center, you will expect to wait anywhere from one hour minimum. Let me assure you that it's worth EVERY BITE! The customer service and Johnny's welcoming spirit makes you want to go back. The L.A.gant girl wishes him much success. Treat yourself, try the sandwich and macaroni salad @ Howling Rays.
